The design, fabrication and properties of the large core 1 × 2Y optical planar splitter using elastomers for its cladding is demonstrated. splitters were designed by beam propagation method, optimized operation wavelength 650 nm. fabricated an epoxy polymer pattern, Stereolithography 3D printing technology. dimensions assembling fiber with a diameter 500 µm. shows losses around 1.48 dB at nm, 1.18 850 1.82 1300 nm 2.12 1550
